By accessing or using the Platform, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our Platform.

2. User Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, users must create an account and provide accurate information. Users agree to maintain security, update account details, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
2.1 Account Creation
- Provide accurate and current registration information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password.
- Report unauthorized use immediately to RTN Smart.
- Comply with age requirements and local laws.
2.2 Account Security
- Create a strong and unique password.
- Do not share account credentials.
- Log out after each session.
- RTN Smart reserves the right to suspend accounts for security breaches.
3. Merchant Services and Obligations
- Merchants must provide valid business documentation and maintain compliance with local laws.
- Update inventory information and process orders promptly.
- Adhere to privacy laws when handling customer data.
4. Customer Rights and Responsibilities
Customers must use the Platform lawfully, comply with age restrictions, and provide accurate order information. Fraudulent activity may result in termination.
5. Loyalty Program Terms
5.1 Program Participation
- Participation is optional and subject to merchant-specific terms.
- Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- RTN Smart reserves the right to modify program terms with notice.
- Rewards may expire as specified in program details.
- Program benefits may vary by merchant and location.
5.2 Points and Rewards
- Point accumulation rates may vary by merchant and transaction type.
- Points are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted.
- Fraudulent point accumulation will result in account termination.
- Rewards are subject to availability and merchant-specific restrictions.
- Points may be forfeited upon account closure or program termination.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
RTN Smart collects and processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, including transaction, device, and usage data for operational and security purposes.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property in the Platform is owned by RTN Smart, including trademarks, software, and content. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Payment Processing and Transactions
- Transactions are processed securely.
- Refunds follow merchant-specific policies.
- RTN Smart facilitates dispute resolution but is not liable for merchant actions.
9. Age Verification and Restricted Products
- Merchants must verify age before processing restricted products.
- False age information may lead to account termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
RTN Smart provides the Platform "as is" without warranties. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Termination and Suspension
RTN Smart may terminate accounts for violations, fraudulent activity, or security breaches.
12. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will follow a process of mediation, arbitration, and binding resolutions under Georgia state law.
13. Modifications to Terms
RTN Smart reserves the right to modify these Terms with notice. Continued use after modifications indicates acceptance.
